Semi Air Comfort Suspension For Toyota Hilux 2016 Onwards
The VB-SemiAir Comfort system consists of the VB-SemiAir basic system including a control panel with two pressure gauges, two high/low switches and a powerful heavy-duty compressor.
An air spring is fitted between the chassis and rear axle on each side of the vehicle. This air spring supports the existing leaf spring. The kit consists of an air-spring, air tubes, two inflation valves, gauges, switches, on board compressor and all the fitting accessories.
Quick to mount controls using the vehicle-specific control panels. The pressure gauges give an accurate reading of the pressure in the air springs. The control panel with a high/low switch lets you easily adjust the VB-SemiAir Comfort system to the right pressure depending on the load to keep the vehicle level and stable.
The VB-SemiAir Comfort is a dual chamber system, meaning the two air springs are not connected to each other. Making use of a dual chamber system allows left and right to be separated which allows the vehicle to be levelled when it's loaded unevenly.
