This kit contains:
- 2x Pedders Shock Absorber (120295)
- 2x Pedders Heavy Duty Coil Spring (240154)
The original self-levelling system on these vehicles uses weaker springs and incorporates a hydraulic shock absorber function that carries vehicle weight. Failure of this self-levelling function leads to the vehicle sitting low, relying solely on springs.
Pedders Suspension overcomes this by supplying a matched set of heavy duty dampers and springs, ensuring the vehicle returns to its correct ride height without reliance on the original self-levelling dampers. This kit also improves damping control, particularly when towing or carrying heavy loads, providing enhanced stability and comfort.
