The speed hard lid is a lightweight solution to covering and securing the load bed, weighing in at only 28kg this is one of the lightest covers on the market. Not only is the Speed lid lightweight, by covering the load bed you're saving yourself money by reducing air resistance and improving your MPG.
The Aeroklas speed lid features a manual lift-up to 60-80cm (Depending on vehicle model), which is higher than most on the market, giving better access/loading capabilities. The speed also includes a fuel-saving, low profile and aerodynamic design that helps maintain your truck's pick-up look.
Simple to install using the Aeroklas clamp system means no drilling is required to the truck bed. The speed lid can be manually removed and installed in under twenty minutes, giving you complete control of your valued vehicle's space.
Works best with under rail type bed liners, but will work with an over rail liner, but cutting / modification of the liner is required. All fittings and fixtures required to install the lid are included as are a set of instructions.
Note: Not suitable for XLT models due to the external load bed lashing rails fitted on the XLT truck bed.

Not badI had an Aeroklas canopy on my previous truck and couldn’t fault it, so I went with the same brand again but chose a lid this time. It’s been great so far, cheaper than other options, does exactly what it needs to, and is very watertight. No issues at all so far.
